For help, contact [email protected]. Include the plugin version, ChatGPT client, file format, and the error message. Please avoid sending private model files or signed file-download URLs unless we agree on a suitable support process.

Common fixes

• Export STL or a self-contained, static, uncompressed GLB. External assets, Draco, meshopt, animations and skins are unsupported.
• Reselect expired ChatGPT files. Local file selection remains available if the host cannot open its file library.
• STL has no reliable unit metadata. Set source units to inches if the source was authored in inches.
• If image sharing is unavailable, export a PNG and attach it to your conversation.
• If WebGL fails, try another browser. Geometry summaries and rectangular fit remain available.
